Baldwin's Casuals in 1986.

Baldwin's Casuals was a factory on Coronation Street which was in production as a denim factory from 1976 to 1989, when it was demolished for redevelopment work of that side of the street. The property was originally built in 1971 and used as a warehouse, but after a fire in 1975, the premises was refurbished and turned into a factory once Mike Baldwin, a  London businessman bought it.

Houses, as well as Audrey's Salon, Coronation Street stand on the site of the old factory.
