Claudia Colby is a recurring character in Coronation Street, first seen in 2009 and appearing until 2011. She returned full-time in 2018 but left in April 2020, and made further returns in 2021 and 2022. She is a frenemy of Audrey Roberts. Claudia is played by Rula Lenska.

2009-2011[]
Claudia attended a Weatherfield Council Christmas lunch in December 2009, and brought along an escort Lewis Archer, whom she hired for such occasions. She crossed paths with Audrey at the lunch and introduced her to Audrey, who was shocked that Claudia would use an escort. Claudia defended her actions saying it was for appearances sake, and gave Audrey Lewis' number. Audrey later began using Lewis as an escort when she felt lonely and grew close to him. Claudia and Audrey went out to a dinner dance with each other in April 2010 and saw Audrey's neighbour and friend Rita Sullivan using Lewis for his services. Audrey admitted to Claudia she had fallen for Lewis, although Claudia warned her against his charms. Regardless, Audrey and Lewis entered into a relationship. But the relationship didn't last after Lewis fleeced Peter Barlow at his bookies and left Audrey to go abroad, feeling he couldn't carry on their relationship.
