Number 12 Coronation Street is one of the two flats above the Kabin.
In 2009, Jason Grimshaw and Tina McIntyre purchased the flat in a bid and moved in and began making repairs. The pair of them split the following year, and Jason held onto the flat. He sold it to his aunt Julie Carp and her partner Brian Packham in 2012, although she became the sole owner in 2013 after she split from Brian and he left town.
Julie moved away in July 2015 after reuniting with Brian. In January 2018 Brian moved back into the property, inviting his new girlfriend Cathy Matthews and her nephew Alex Warner to stay with him.
