Sam Blakeman is the son of Natasha Blakeman and Nick Tilsley, although Nick didn't know about his existance until September 2020 when Sam was nine-years-old.

Natasha got pregnant to Sam in September 2010 after numerous attempts to get pregnant by her boyfriend Nick Tilsley, having previous aborted his child beforehand. But she didn't inform Nick as she had been broken off by him when he found out about the abortion and that she had kept the act a secret, so she left the street for a new life. She gave birth to Sam the following year, and decided to raise him herself, whilst also setting up her own hairdressing business.
2020-[]
In September 2020 - ten years following Natasha's breakup from Nick - Sam suffered a sprain and was taken to hospital. Whilst in the car park Natasha had crossed paths with Nick a decade since they last met, although she didn't disclose that they had a son; but it was still clear she had feelings for him. Later on Natasha found out that Sam would be alright.
Natasha later went to visit Nick and revealed that he had a son.
